The founder partner of the firm Ravi Sarma and Co, CA.V Ravi Sarma has been in practice since 1987. Over the last 34 years of its existence, the firm has grown with a good client base and having offices at Kakinada and Visakhapatnam with state of the art infrastructure.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1987. Specialised in the field of Direct Taxes and has represented many clients at various Income Tax Appellate Tribunals on the specialised matters of Survey and Search cases. Has rendered advisory services to Individuals, Partnership Firms, LLP’s, MNC’s, Trusts and Educational Institutions on the subject matter of Income Tax. Has conducted Statutory Audit of PSU’s, Foreign MNC’s and Large Corporates. Has conducted Branch Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Revenue Audits of several Banks. Successfully qualified the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by ICAI in 2015. Served as the Chairman of the Kakinada branch of SIRC of ICAI for the year 2018-19.
CA PSN MURTY – B.COM, FCA
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1986. Joined as a partner in Ravi Sarma & Co in the year 2015. Has been in Service for about 30 years and has worked as Finance Head in various Industries such as NFCL, GFCL and NMDC. Working experience in SAP for more than 15 years. Looks after the corporate clientele and internal audits of the firm and has specialised in Designing and Implementation of Internal control systems, MIS reporting of various organisations. Successfully qualified the Certificate Course on GST from ICAI in 2018.
CA V.V.RAGHU RAM – B.com,FCA,LLB, DISA (ICAI)
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. Since then, he has been in practice and joined as a Partner of Ravi Sarma & Co in 2014. He is a qualified Information systems auditor (DISA) from ICAI and has successfully completed Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and GST conducted by ICAI in 2015 and 2018 respectively. He is also a LLB Graduate.
Currently, he is In-charge of the Branch of the Firm at Visakhapatnam.Looking after the Audit & Assurance Services, Transaction Advisory & Risk Mitigation Services of the Firm. Has been rendering Compliance, Advisory and representation services in GST and Income Tax to various corporate and Non-Corporate Clientele. Has handled Due-Diligence Assignments and has guided Stakeholders on taxation of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs’) in Income Tax.
